I’ve placed an order online. How can I get an update?

Your order takes 1–2 business days to process and make. Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your PIN code.

You will receive tracking details on your registered email and via WhatsApp/SMS once your order is shipped.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping across India.

Duties & Taxes for international orders

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in your order total. Any applicable charges are levied by the destination country and must be paid directly by the customer to the shipping agency.

How long does it take to get my order ready?

All our jewellery is made to order. Standard orders take 1–2 working days to prepare. Custom or special orders may take 1–2 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

What if I would like something in a different material?

I’m ordering a present — do you gift wrap?

We do not offer gift wrapping. However, all jewellery comes in a House of Tarasya box. You may email us a personal message, and we’ll include it as a handwritten note.
